These Terms govern your use of EveryMote, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using EveryMote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
EveryMote is intended for personal, non-commercial use to control TVs and streaming devices you own or are authorized to operate on your own network. You may not use the app to control devices you do not have permission to use.
EveryMote works over Wi-Fi with a wide range of devices, but compatibility, pairing, and individual features depend on your TV's make, model, and software, and are not guaranteed for every device.
The app is free to use. Optional Premium features are available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, with a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Payments are charged to your Apple account and handled by Apple, subject to Apple's terms and refund policy.
Features such as the sleep timer and turning the TV on or off rely on your phone staying powered and on the same network, and on the TV accepting the command. They are provided as conveniences without guarantee and should not be relied upon as a sole safety measure.
Third-party TV, device, and app names and logos shown in the app are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products you are controlling. The EveryMote app and its own code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EveryMote.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
